Luke Pedersen Departs Baker Botts, Joins AxioSight Advisory Board

Mr. Pedersen is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with extensive experience advising technology companies, from early-stage startups to global enterprises, on protecting and commercializing their core innovations. Most recently, he served as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Technology Transactions Practice Group at Baker Botts LLP, where he led initiatives in technology licensing, patent portfolio management, and IP strategy across complex and emerging technologies. His practice includes negotiating high-value technology-transfer agreements and guiding organizations through intellectual property diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

He holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.S. in Engineering from Rutgers University, combining technical understanding with legal acumen.
